In 2007 eC3 emerged as a valued-added service to eClinicalWorks EMR clients in Hawaii. Today, we still provide efficient billing solutions within any integrated EHR platform our clients use. We have expanded our services to risk adjustment coding, transition management, EHR system configuration and administration, and  compliance consulting and EHR data extraction and migration services.

With over a decade of experience, we have amassed a wealth of knowledge regarding Hawaii’s payors’ adjudication rules in various medical specialties, including OB/GYN, Dermatology, IVF, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Anesthesia and Radiology. Our expertise enables us to handle hundreds of thousands of transactions annually across all these specialties.

Locally, eC3 offers dedicated support, transition management, and troubleshooting services for medical practice management software and electronic health records. Our rates are determined based on factors like reimbursement and claim levels, including the number of physicians serviced and the average claim value.
